Heritage Days June 7th & 8th, 2008 Where the past comes alive. This two day event features surrey rides, soap-making and butter-churning demonstrations and many other activities from the past. See a home from the past furnished as it was last century. Wheat Fair and Festival September 12th, 13th & 14th, 2008 This three day event features: Queen and Junior Miss contest; displays of home-made items; home-grown flowers, fruits and vegetables; tractor pull for kids and adults; talent show; musical performances by several bands; variety of great food and beverages; rides for the kids; and on Sunday, one of the best parades you will ever experience. Annual Chili Cook-Off October 11, 2008 Country Christmas Stroll December 1st & 2nd, 2008 Activities include a Handcrafted Craft Fair - Festival of Trees - Horse-drawn Surrey Rides. Heritage House Museum homes decorated in their era for Christmas.
